I really couldn't tell on the online order where the personalization would be made, the results were very nicely done. If you're wondering, it was only on the knife blade. As for quality, I can say it feels solid and is pretty, which works for me.

I loved this set so much. I looked around in person and online for a week and had been flip-flopping on a Bed Bath and Beyond set that had iffy reviews... But when I saw these I was sure. They're heavy and feel like good quality. They're handwash only, which I do anyway. I don't think it mentions this, but I suggest drying right after, too. I have put them away safely for my wedding, so I can't comment on use or wear and tear at this time.

The filigree on the server is beautiful! I was very, very pleased with the set. The knife is very heavy duty and neither is flimsy or cheap looking. I would reccomend your sight to others and already have.
