For my best friends birthday I got her a going away package for college, and these slippers were perfect. They're soft and cute. In shoes she's usually a 6.5 (us), but also sometimes has to size up to a 7. In this case, the small fit her, but for anyone who is the size in between sizes, if you want these more for comfort, I'd maybe size up.
