Website navigation, selection, to include product customization, ordering and most of all cost associated was seamless and spot on. My wife and I were quite pleased with these stemless toasting champagne flutes. What we ordered, is what we received and couldn't be any happier. In addition, the time the staff spent to ensure the flutes were all packaged and reinforced for shipping is a testament to their commitment to their customers. Living in Hawaii, we expected for a couple or maybe more flutes to be damaged, but that was not the case. All 80 flutes arrived undamaged. The glasses arrived packaged well and in good condition. The size was good and they seem to be good in quality.
The color I had chosen to use (Rose Gold) was unfortunately very light and depending on the lighting was extremely hard to see. Something that should be noted on the site instead of on a card enclosed with the glasses indicating because of the color it may be had to see. I found the $45 set up fee to be a bit high, and even though I ordered 100 glasses, since I had done so using two phrases of 50 each, it did not qualify to get the discounted price when you order 100.

These stemless champagne flutes are beautiful! The rose gold writing that I had used is just the perfect color and style that I wanted. They were given out at my step-daughter's bridal shower. Everyone loved being able to take one home. Many positive comments were given to me about the glasses! They were packaged very well in boxes of 12 glasses each with layers of bubble wrap. They came in excellent condition!
