While I was very pleased with the service and quick turnaround, the actual tankard had a couple noticeable bubbles in the glass and one a long bubble which made it look like a shard was missing. My boyfriend was happy enough with it, but I would have felt better about the gift if the quality of the glass itself was better. Also, the engraving was off-centre, which I think might just be the engraver's style; I would have preferred it centred, rather than so close to the handle.
